By employment of experienced personnel having the expertise in various engineering skills as well as using all types of machineries required to execute the customer’s required projects, and upon elimination of prevailing UN sanctions against Islamic Republic of Iran, defense industries under M.o.D. are well prepared to render high services in technical engineering procurement, construction, installation , commissioning, training, start-up and operation of large military and civil projects in the form of EPC contracts.


Concerning military projects , the long experience of operating different production lines with wide range of products and applying active interaction with famous technology owners as well as research and optimization of production plants , all have enabled the Ministry to possess the key of the technology.


This capability presently covers turn-key transfer of technology for the production of over thousands items and materials including various types of defensive and offensive equipments , such as; tanks , ground forces vehicles , APC’s , guns , anti-air defense systems , missiles , marine equipments, aircrafts and helicopters , communication systems, optics , satellites , infantry equipments , chemicals, explosives and raw-materials and more .


Executive method of related industries to transfer technology is based on project management standards with consideration of the latest improvement made on customer contracted production lines .


Complying with engineering principles, we pay serious attention to quality promotion, safety and automation of production lines to optimize total product cost by applying the latest improvements on production technology .

If the customer possesses enough facilities and capability in building construction, installation and commissioning, then the providing industry has just an obligation to supervise the performance of such activities .


Upon customer’s request, a technical commercial proposal of the production line would be submitted accordingly . This proposal consists of three separate section including technical sections, commercial section and time schedule . These are so adjusted that the customer can easily realize what services at what cost and when would be provided .


Definition of deliverable services in the field of technology contracts are based on standard models so that all characteristics of a suitable technology are met.


In the engineering phase, the Document Register of the project will be prepared initially and delivered to the customer so that his comments on the types and quality of the design documents can be considered .


Designing is down in two phases; Basic and Detailed. The manuals for commissioning, utilization and quality control are also provided in the engineering phase.


In the procurement phase , the sources are selected from an approved Vendor List, their documents are examined carefully, authenticated and all manufacturing stages would go under supervision and monitoring.


In addition to theoretical training , the practical one is similar to the actual factory so that the customers’experts are well prepared for operating the real production line .


Provisional and final commissioning is determined by concerned supervising department and after the final performance test, the production line is delivered to the customer .


The warranty period services will be defined and given as per the contracts’ conditions after commissioning .
