Portable Artificial Respiration System (Portable Ventilator)


The correct patient lung ventilation, even in the best condition,  is not a simple  task. The  use of Ambu  bag  for ventilation  has been part of the standard of care in the pre-hospital environment for the past fifty years.     At  the time of the pre-hospital relief, two medical educators respond to a patient and transfer the patient to   the hospital for an average of eleven minutes. A doctor often requires a multiple triage for the damage caused by harmful injuries. Ambu bag completely prevents doctors from performing other vital tasks. In the case of collective injuries, such as those caused by IEDs and RPGs, a doctor cannot ignore other patients with severe and threatening injuries, while ventilating breathing with the Ambu bag. On the other hand, professional studies show that paramedics enter the lung of patients, based on their usual routine and stress-free conditions, in between 22 and 33 breaths instead of 10 to 12 breaths, which adversely affects hemodynamics, especially in patients in shock and traumatic brain injury. This device is designed with   a fixed volume and rotational speed with maximum air pressure 38 cmH2O as a safety action to prevent leaks and trauma.




It satisfies the injured need to emergency resuscitation. The current volume and number of respiration are more consistent with manual resuscitator. The compact design of the device makes it more portable. It reduces the need for training. It causes rapid rotation between patients. A simple automatic ventilator on a charge works quadruple longer than pneumatic ventilator. This device allows the doctor and the first responder to be trained until the next step, with action air conditioner stay alive. The use of this device is easy and also has a low weight (1/4 kilograms) and it is designed to be used in transportation and pre-hospital environments. This device eliminates the guesswork and reduces the error associated with ventilation with Ambu bag and has more advantages over Ambu bag. First, there is self-assimilation that cannot be achieved with Ambu bag. The second, unlike Ambu bag, allows the doctor to handle other patients. Third, it could carry air conditioning with a full charge of up to 5/5 hours.
